CAN I BRING MY OWN CHAIR AT CARTER GREEN?​

VIP Pass Holders have access to chairs near the stage.
You are welcome to bring your own chair and place towards the back.

 

WHAT DO I DO WITH MY CHAIR WHEN SWITCHING FROM AN OUTDOOR VENUE TO AN INDOOR VENUE?

Guests are welcome to bring their own chairs to the Carter Green Concerts but please note that space at Carter Green cannot be reserved unless you are VIP.

For those attending, there are designated "CHAIR & BIKE DROPS" on the east side of the Palladium (look for the red tent and bike racks) for storing chairs and bikes.

This service is available after 5pm.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY VIP PASSES

Patrons who have purchased VIP Passes tickets can collect their festival pass at the Carmel Jazz Fest Headquarters Booth near Tarkington by providing their name and email confirmation.

I RECEIVED A FREE TICKET, HOW DO I OBTAIN?

Attendees who have been given complimentary tickets or have won tickets through a giveaway can collect their festival pass at the Carmel Jazz Fest Booth near Tarkington by providing their name and verification.

FESTIVAL RULES

Personal food and beverages are not allowed at the event.
Food and beverage vendors will be available onsite.

The Carmel Jazz Fest will take place regardless of the weather.

If it rains, you can still enjoy the performances at our indoor stages.

 

Cash will not be accepted for alcoholic beverages.
